What products do you offer?
At Ancient Acre Wellness, we offer a carefully curated selection of natural skincare products, medicinal balms, tallow creams, healing oils, and herbal remedies. Every product is crafted with care, using time honoured ingredients that support your wellbeing naturally.
Are your products natural and chemical-free?
Yes, all our products are made with natural, high quality ingredients—no chemicals, fillers, or artificial additives. We believe in using the earth’s time tested remedies to nourish the body and spirit.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely via credit card or other available methods.
If you're located in Albury/Wodonga & Surrounds, you can select "Local Drop-off" as your shipping method at checkout. With this option, you also have the choice to pay in cash upon delivery instead of paying online.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only offer Australia-wide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to the nature of our products, all orders are shipped via Express Post to prevent exposure to heat and ensure maximum quality and potency. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, with delivery times ranging from 1-4 business days depending on your location within Australia.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.
Do you offer local drop-off?
Yes! If you are located in Albury, Wodonga & Surrounds, we offer a local drop-off option. At checkout, select "Local Drop-off" as your shipping method.
If you choose local drop-off, you’ll also have the option to pay in cash upon delivery instead of paying online. Please select from one of our available drop-off times or alternatively allow up to 2 days for local delivery.
Can I return a product?
As a small business, we currently cannot accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll replace it free of charge.
What if my order is damaged or goes missing?
If your product arrives damaged or you don’t receive it, please contact us at hello@ancientacrewellness.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
How do I care for my natural skincare products?
Our skincare is made with pure, natural ingredients and contains no artificial preservatives. To maintain freshness and extend shelf life:

We put the utmost care and consideration into our packaging. Our skincare is housed in amber glass to protect it from oxidation and to help maintain its quality and potency.
